Third-year HEDS doctoral student Chandra Curry has been awarded a three-year Postgraduate Scholarship – Doctoral (PGS D) from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada. This award will support of her PhD research on laser-driven ion acceleration from cryogenic low-Z jets, advised by Dr. Siegfried H. Glenzer and Dr. Ying Y. Tsui.
